Common active ingredients include bromacil and prometon. What should you consider when planning your weed control campaign? 1- All weeds grnerate many seeds that spread with the wind and rain. Some seeds can travel many miles. Therefore it is important to kill weeds when they are young before they generate seeds. This way its easier to control all season long! 2- Weeds can and do become resistant to herbicides and weed killer. If one active ingredient does not work for you then your weeds might be resistant.
