Rexburg, Idaho may seem devoid of many delights, but in the matters of cuisine, locals and visitors a like can enjoy a splendid amount of unique restaurants. Whether you prefer food that's fast, an environment experience, or foreign fancies, there is something to please everyone. Here's just a couple suggestions that could add a bit of excitement to the mundane chill of the little town of Rexburg.

Craigo's pizzeria tops the list as Rexburg's once in a lifetime experience. The pleasing environment they give is nothing compared to the exquisite college favorite, pizza. The lunch buffet is a perfect match for anyone on a budget. It comes equipped with all of Craigo's specialties there for the sampling.

As if their own specialty one of a kind pizzas weren't enough, the buffet also comes with salad and pasta combinations for your filling. Or if you are a solo eater, and don't want your pizza to be shared, order a one of a kind specialty pizza, just how you like it, all for yourself. If you aren't ready for a whole pizza either, they have their signature pizza bombs (also known as calzones) packed to the brim with your favorite topping.

My favorite element of Craigo's is the desert options. Cookie Monster has become more than a charming puppet, it's a large warm cookies topped with ice cream, fudge, caramel, whipped cream... sorry about the drooling, it's bound to happen. There are other options to tempt your sweet tooth, but I've honestly never made it past the Cookie Monster. Why toy with a good thing?

Craigo's other half is the warm, friendly environment. The walls are covered in beautiful art and over the tables hang strings of lights that make you feel like you in the streets of Italy. Craigo's also accommodates the lovers with private individual booths that feature your personal lighting controls. Pepperoni never looked so attractive.

Craigo's is always thinking of the customer, since we don't all have time to always dine in, they offer pizza outlets at Broulim's, for a take home treat. Five dollars is all it takes for your own homemade pizza in minutes. Just order when you get started with your shopping and pick up dinner as you finish. They couldn't make it easier.

If, like me, you also savor the simplicity of a great sandwich, Mill Hollow is the place for such an enjoyment. Their secret to the best warm sub around is the sourdough bread. They top it with your choice of a delectable variety of toppings and condiments for the perfect taste for you.

You have to finish the delight with their one of a kind frozen custard. The cream and rich texture makes this frozen custard better than any frozen treat of its kind. Mill Hollow even offers an array of flavors, like blueberry, for example, that adds extra flavor. To sweeten the experience even more, you can have them stir in candy bar bits to the mix.
